It is difficult to find a company to do testing of the main motor

 

I am not even qualified at all as a technician but have you tried to move machine by hand? Put the flywheel and move machine one full circle?

I saw finally the Video.

2 things can be happen;

1) Check the tension of brake of main motor

2) Test the tension at terminals of main motor if o.k, according with the ID plate motor.

I am little confused with this Pic;


Need to know exactly, what is the input Voltage ???; 1) L1+L2+ L3, Ground is the Any chassis of machine,

2) 220V in the red circle above IS L1+L2+L3 too, do NOT see well the label attached to the wires.

Voltages now is 130v for both L1,L2,L3 and U,V,W.

Ok, But the input x Machine Is 220Vac or 380Vac.??

Hi i saw the video.

Remember this Rule in Electrical Engineering;

If you have 380 for the input in the machine, you must measure in; L1+ L2 =380Vac + L2+L3= 380 Vac, !!! in tolerance 10% up or down, otherwise, you must adjust the Tap of main transformer, or call the Utility company of electrical.

in U+V+W, you must measure the indicate by Main Motor ID Plate 160V in Star o.k

Otherwise , as I did indicate previously,you have problem in the BLT electronic board or Motor.

However do this test; Measure the output in ;u+v+w With the motor disconnect terminal, and see if the Voltage is O.K if the voltage is o.k according with the ID pLATE in tolerance the electronic board is O.K.

b) Now connect the main motor with his terminal to the electronic board;+U V+W , if the motor Not Run correctly, the motor has problem, please test the Brake, and see if working well, and his voltage is o.k at terminal of brake, or has some mechanical problem please, clean it, very well.

Tip; If you have a doubt about the Electronic board, take out, and test it in another machine from colleague please ????, in that way you will have a very good, test and you keep relaxed.
