First thing that comes to mind is the alignment pin at the plate cylinder double gear assembly. Open the swing open door gear side and and you’ll see the pin is held by 4 6mm bolts. I guess I should ask, though, are you speaking of sheet to sheet infeed problems or an individual unit wandering on itself?

The complete image? One side? Does it fit at lead and not at tail. Supply more specifics.

Straight printer? Perfector? What is the condition of the impression cylinder jacket? Have you done a breakaway dry solid? Is this an ongoing problem? All stocks?

The impression cylinder jacket has some little perforations lines I'm guess that's the source of the problem.

could be, Adrian. Have a new jacket installed, properly, and see where that takes you.

Good morning, I have a question might sound a bit crazy but here goes. I was wondering if my gtov can be converted into a numbering press? I noticed that it has all the holes on the body of the machine But none of the gears or electrical. Can you advise if it is possible as this will help us greatly

No electrical involved. Numbering unit drive and shafting are readily installed.

Yes, Though acquiring the drive assembly may be difficult. I have seen numbering units advertised for sale on other sites, but not the drive.
