Hi I am having trouble running a job through the press, it keeps sticking to the blanket on the second unit. Ink is reduced, stock is 150gsm Pacesetter Gloss. Any ideas to fix this problem?

 

check cam followers on the impression cylinder first. make sure you have good urithane grippers, not grippers from India. Make sure the pretension is set ok. If you still have an issue, possibly you have too much pressure between blanket and impression cylinder.

 

Hello..the delivery grippers take the sheet while it is still printing..if the settings or tips are faulty the blanket tackyness will pull the sheet out of the grippers..many thanks...
