Hi,
We have a GTO two colour stops 1-3 times a week that won’t star, but If we leave it for about half an hour without turning it off, it will start again for the rest of the day. I know that’s a rather odd issue.
The good news is that all the units are functioning properly, as the blue warning lights are not flashing, so all the guards are working and not causing the problem.
We are seeing two red lights on the HSK for the main drive, which I think might be related to temperature, an encoder or a brake. However, I cannot seem to find anyone who can help confirm what the four LEDs mean when they are lit.
If you happen to know what is causing the problem or have any information about the LEDs, that would be greatly appreciated.
