GTO-F 52 1992 Lubrication system. How to connect?

I need an image showing how the lubrication system connections are set up. We suspect that we are missing a manifold block, because we cannot get both sides of the machine to lubricate at the same time, and it isn't registering either. Could someone provide me with an image?
