Im about to move a heidelberg gto 52-4 i believe approximately a 1990 model. Is there anything important to know about this press before I disassemble it and move it to its new home. I have identified the 0° home/park position. Not the first press i have been involved in moving but will be the first one without outside help.

Removal of double drum gear between units two and three is required to disconnect impression linkage on gear side. Impression linkage on operator side also requires disconnect. Absolute accuracy when mating units on assembly is a must, Double drum gear has marks that must be observed. There is so much to pay attention to when disassembly and reassembly, I would highly suggest you hire someone with experience or you may not be able to rely on the machine to print properly!
