I want to start a business printing on demand 4.25 x 5.5 and 5 x 7 cards. Currently I'm researching a printer to buy for this purpose and oh boy, this looks terribly discouraging...
Basics: online market, on demand and small volume prints, duplex, need to handle at least 80 lb cover paper, inexpensive cost per page.
Paper - I was thinking of getting pre-scored, blank cards until I get some clients. After I have more experience and clients I can get a cutter.

I budgeted $5K for a printer thinking it would be an overkill, but I was clearly clueless about what I was getting myself into.
This printer seems to fit my purpose well: http://www.okidata.com/mkt/html/nf/proColor910.html
but I'm so confused with paper weight that it can handle.
Does this mean that this printer is out of the question? At first it tells me up to 80 lb. cover, then it says that duplex can do only up to 65 lb. cover...

Someone please help me pick a printer that's not too expensive, but not shitty either.
    Thank you.
