Grafix IR Dryer GSTA Contoller Repair please refer

Can anyone refer me to a company or someone who can do repairs on Grafix IR Dryer GSTA Controller see attached first picture. The problem of the IR dryer is that the display just lights up ( see attached second picture) when you turn the main switch on the front of console but not showing any data, the IR dryer does work by Press "I" ( top-left ) blue button on the Grafix panel, when the press goes on impression IR lamps turns on when the sheets arrive near lamps. The problem of operating it this way is that everything is a guess, its like driving blind, adjusting the power of the IR lamps by pressing the + and - buttons on the lower left hand of the Grafix panel.
