    Hi...
This powder device always want to close the dispenser.
I adjust powder in the cptronic for 10%, but the powder dispenser starts to close by impulses, and in the end there is no powder being applied to the sheets.
I cleaned everything but seems like the infrared sensor is reading excess of powder...Am i right? Is there anyway to calibrate the powder device?

    Best regards, friends...

    Hi ,
You are right. Check the function of the sensors. It seems they are dirty.
    Good luck

seem to remember the older graphix units being engineered to do just what yours is doing when the chamber fills up with more powder than the lines can flow. Im thinking that once the chamber fills the gap will close down by a belt thats servo driven. The shake should remain at the preset amount. Then when the chamber level gets down again the servo turns the belt adjusting the gap to maintain flow of powder. One press i ran would wind up in a constant state of opening and closing resulting in powder overflowing the chamber and running al over the unit. We wound up having it rebuilt and it was fine after that, but don't remember the particulars.
