Graffix sprayer problem

We have a Heidelberg cd 102 press with a graffix spray powder system, cp2000 touch screen, the probem is it does not recognize that the box is there, and we have to use it in emergency mode only, it is not recognizing when we are running the press, so we have to manually turn it off or on any time we run a job. If anyone has heard of something like this and could help that would be greatly appreciated!! We even put the old spray box on to see if the current box(cp2000) is the problem, but the same problems happend with that one aswell!!

 

sounds like an issue with the canbus.

It was the canbus that was giving so many issues, thank you to the person that replied with that, now everything is working as should except for one thing. The spray gap is not working properly, it cannot be set remotely from the console, we have to go into manual to set it and for it to stay, but once we go back into automatic we’re not able to move it while running, any advice??

However look, for control console, for loose connector, corroded contacts,bad contacts, dust, broken cables, and clean very well the Edge Connectors(70 % OF FAILURE ELECTRONIC COMING FROM THIS SITUACTION) board, from corroded, dust, with eraser pensil, very well and after use Conctacts cleaner.
