Goss m600 stop operation panel 201

Could you please help me
I have problem with Goss m600, the
Machine runand then stop and give me error "stop operation panel 201" but red lamp doesnot let
If we run or inch the machine again, it does not run until we switch off folder
and switch
The operator tell us that they note chill roll not activated

There is no fault in dyn test or init test
Or warning
Only the history indicates "stop operation panel 201"
