We run two of the SD9450's every day. We run at least a pallet of NCR each week and hardly have any problems with them. We have over 2.6 million impressions on each one, and the entire tube of ink gets used up each time. We've been running them for 5 years now and maybe 2-3 service calls a year...? Before that, we had two Duplo duplicators and they worked the same. The only reason we switched brands was because we are a county in-plant and had to go with the lowest bidder.
