After printing 400 A4 sheets of a 500 print run, the printer stopped and gave the error code E0000020-0488, the printer then can only be shut down no other options are avaiable. On restarting the machine it allows 1 copy only before going to shutdown again and displaying the error code. If I select automatic/colour choice for the inks this does not happen only when I choose black ink only. The copy quality has also deterioated with toner shading in 1 corner i.e not paper white. Any suggestions as to problem will be welcome. Thanks.
