hello sir , thanks for replying during the printing few sheets got stuck to the blanket and after cleaning started to run the machine only simplex was happening duplex was not , then I tried to find the marks for itm drum and impression drum synchronization they were not there wiped the entire teeth but no mark on impression drum ..and only a bolt mark is there on itm ..pip and itm are synchronized..
hello if you lose the red marks, there's a point hole in the side gear. Clean the gear so you can see it from side machine. It should be one hole in each gear

Like i said clean the side gears and use a loop if necessary - you will find the whole mark. Take your time
Hello, did you fix this problem? I understood you have problem with duplex so I think you need start procedure for restore position of perfector bracket, I think is not synchronisation your problem…
