Igen3. The last few times I've gone to scrub my external heat rollers I've noticed they're absolutely filthy and that the fuser web is completely caked in one section with no indication it's even turning anymore. I marked a spot and ran the machine for a few thousand prints and low and behold, it's not turning at all. Anyone ever had this problem before? Anyone know the fix?

no, but i just had a web rip off!

is it driven by the main fuser drive? check for stripped/worn gears.

I'm interested to see if you fixed this problem and what the problem ended up being, I have a similar issue I've been troubleshooting for 2 weeks

Dead fuser web motor. Replaced it and it's turning again.
