Fujifilm Dart 4300e problem

We have a Dart 4300e that had an error this morning. We had begun the morning with a 20 x 26 plate and then moved on to a smaller Ryobi plate. When the machine began to load the Ryobi plate we received an error saying the the plate was the wrong size. Now it is telling me that there is a mechanical error and can not be restored automatically. We managed to get the plate out of the machine, but I am wondering if anyone knows how to reset the machine so we can get back into production.

 

If you haven't fixed this already. There is a certain way to do it on the touch screen to get the machine back into the correct position. you need to contact a service guy on the phone and he can guide you step by step.
