    Hello

I have been using a Fuji Xerox 800 Color Press for about 3 years.
I am running a job on 100gsm gloss and am getting paper creasing.
I have tried increasing/decreasing all possible adjustments but problem
    does not go away.
I even changed the Fuser Web, but no joy with that either.
I ran 113 & 128 gsm gloss through and that was fine.
Im beginning to think the paper is defective.
    Anyone got any ideas.
    Thanks Wayne

Put cheaters into the interlocks so you can run with the doors open. (we often use binder clips or rolled up cardstock) Run 7-10 sheets and pull one of the cheaters off to hard stop the machine when paper is all throughout the machine in process. Then you can see where the creasing is happening. It could be happening in several spots although it likely in the fuser. But once you can determine where it is happening you will know where to focus your efforts.

May be you are right because when we use low quality paper then it creates many problems. In fact it is the main reason for paper jamming. That is why always use high quality paper because it always provides high quality prints.
