FS-500-P2N1 Focusight Quality Control

My company currently own a FS-500-P2N1 Focusight. However there is a problem where the machine sometimes work for a full day and the next day the LED light at the back shows 1 red light or the capture card. The manual indicates that it is a camera problem but there is no problem with the camera. We came to the conclusion that there is a problem with our capture card. Is there anyone who understands this machine and could possibly provide a solution instead of buying a new capture card?
