Both the feeder timing and sensor adjustment should be outlined in the operators manual. If you do not have an operators manual I STRONGLY suggest that you get one!!!

    DearRaman,
Is yourmachine running goodat one sensor connected?
    Dear sir,
It was running with one sensor, but second one was bye passed. But our press there is lots of damage paper at gripper edge giving us to print .

That's what I told engineer to connect both,

Has this machine just been installed or did you suddenly have this problem?
In the last photo you shared I see that you have a delay in the arrival of the sheet on the front stops

    1. The automatic sheet arrival control must be switched off and set to 0˚ during synchonisation of Feeder and press.
    2. Paper arrival at front lays= 179˚ +5˚
    3. Your "Takt" rollers pair should be adjusted well before, the feeder air settings must be set OK as well the timing of transport suckers relesing the sheet must be OK before you start this procedere
    4. Switch on paper run, let the suction head take 4 sheets and start to deliver them direction front lays, after 4-th sheet switch off paper run than hit the red emergency button: press stops, air cabinet still on
    5. Take the first 2 sheets from 4 out of the feeder table
    6. Activate inch mode than activate feeder on button
    7. Inch the press forward until feeder gets engaged, than still inch press at least one revolution forward to be 100% sure that the feeder clutch is engaged propperly and inch the press to 179˚+5˚, the paper sheet (the third of 4) on the feeder table is still far away from front lays (ca. 200mm - to 500mm)
    8. Dismantle the guard on DS between Feeder and PU1
    9. Open with 8mm Inbus key the screw on the clutch while you hold with 19mm key counterwise
    10. Than turn the feeder with 19mm key in direction that moves the paper sheet direction front lays
    11. You can open guard above front lays to see better when front edge of paper touches the front lays. At this moment tight the 8mm Inbus key on the clutch while holding the 19mm key counterwise.
    12. Try to do the paper run and if you see that timming is good, than switch on back the automatic sheet arrival control if the timing is still not good jump back to step 4.

Thanks for the information sir, I will try to check this sir,

I think my machine sheet arrival is not working automatically, because while feeding paper there is no changes on control cp 2000 on Sheet arrival monitor and it standing. -10 permanent

Dear sir, any procedure for adjustment of front lay evenly and front lay sensor s.

Because o.s front lay motor not working and the position have to be checked and front sensor also recently fixed.

So please tell me the procedure, so I can check and compare the current position

    Thanks

Sorry Bro, I do not understand your press situation quite good

    - Front lays Motors 1M61= DS and 1M62=OS are working well or not?
    - Motor automatic sheet arrival 60M61 working well or not?
    - Serial number of Press?
    - I cant explain you how to do basic adjustments the front lays, if you havent done this before I recomend get somebody elso to do it. You would need some special tools to do that as well...
    - To adjust the front lay motors you have to measure the paper bite in the impression cylinder gripper bar and adjust it according that, fot doing that you have to set the front lays to middle position (9mm) in the press center menu
    - To check the BAR Sensors 1B213 and 1B249 you have to:
    1. Set frontlays in Press Center to 8mm, be sure that all front lays are activated (to do so you must turn each of them anticlockweise until stop)
    2. Insert and allign a paper sheet to frontlays, tight the rear edge of sheet with duct tape to the feeder table
    3. Move the front lays in press center from 8mm in steps direction 10mm, the perfect timeing would be @9,3mm +/-0,1mm when both of LED-s on the Feeder MID Screen goes off
... Hope you see the picture, because I have no glue yet how to add pictures to my threads...
    4. The distance between Sensor and Front lays must be in this position 1,3mm +/-0,1mm
    5. Due the fact that you set first paper bite to 8mm + paper sheet was taped to the table and later you move it direction 10mm, the paper bite value (front lays adjustment) must show 9,3mm +/-0,1mm when LED-s goes off at Feeder MID Screen. If not so than you have to adjust it into this parameter window. You can use also a special tool to do his adjustment HD catalog Nr. is: BV.005.3230

    Hope you can manage it...

You must first know the problems you have and deal with them one by one.
There I feel lost - please take me a picture of the cp2000 screen at the reception to be able to determine all your problems
