Four Colour Offset

    Dear Friends
    I have a small fundings with me. I want to enter into 432 segment. As TP miller offsets are available in low budgets in second hand market. Can any one advice whether TP 429s or 432 series can print reasonably good quality Four colour printing on coated paper with perfect registration or please advice which machines should I prefer. I can invest around 20000.00 $.
