formula for determining Hourly shop/ press rate

    I'm going over the estimating of a sheet fed printing company. I'm trying to
    drill down and establish the accuracy of the hourly press rate they are using
    for a 40" Komori.

    Would anyone have a spreadsheet or checklist to determine an hourly shop rate.
