Fiery Rip and Xante

    Hey... I'll admit it... I'm not much of a printer. I don't do commercial work. I just print our publication once a week (saves me about $50,000 a year doing it myself) and I use a Xante Platemaker 5 for the plates that are used on a Ryobi 3200pfa.

    I remember reading years ago that a rip will increase a laser printer's output. Will a rip (fiery or other) help my platemaker to be the best it can be? Or does it already have a sufficient rip built in?
