Fiery on DC260 Wont Boot

    Our Fiery mounted on the back of Xerox Docucolor 260 won't turn on.. The leds on the ethernet connections (to the printer and to the interweb) are green, so the power supply is working. Nothing is displayed on the little screen, and the fans don't spin. Tried everything (turning off over night, removing small battery, connecting monitor to see if there was an error code).

    Any help would be much appreciated

    Probably software corruption or bad hdd.
    You need to reinstall the system software.

    Thanks for the quick reply! Is there a guide on how to do that? We bought the machine (and fiery) from an old print shop, and no installation discs were included.
