Fiery Command WorkStation with Heidelberg (Ricoh) C7100x ?

Hello, so we just bought a Heidelberg rebranded Ricoh c7100x digital press, and it works with Prinect Cockpit which is a very cumbersome software to use, for me at least. Seeing as the printer is working with Fiery on the website (also printed on the command panel), I was wondering if I could somehow make it so I can use Command Workstation rather than Prinect. I downloaded the fiery drivers from the Ricoh website, but they don't seem to see the printer for some reason. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks !

 

You should be able to. You have CWS downloaded? Make sure it's trying to pull the proper IP address.
Although, if you don't have a Fiery Controller attached it may be all in vain anyway. You won be able to pull the full line up of settings and job properties. Only the basic driver settings.
