    Hi All,

I was hoping someone could help, we have a problem on the machine where if we send a 720mm sheet though it pulls up after the first sheet, if we trim down to 718mm, it runs fine.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jon

Just bumping this, we still have the problem, anybody got any ideas. It appears to be tripping on the overshoot, but is not actually overshooting.

    Cheers,

    Jon

    Hi Jon,
If your machine is Preset, check Pile Stop's in both sides. If the distance of the paper/cardboard to pull lay is too short, the paper will not guide correctly to Front Lay grippers. You can turn "Auto Pile" ON and try it.

    Good luck

What do you mean by "pulls up"?

Hi, It stops dead and shows up "overshoot" but the sheet hasn't actually overshot - lay sensor have been checked and are ok.

    Thanks

Hi, Yes machine is preset, distance to pull lay should be ok(we always run with auto pile on), as it works on all other sheet sizes apart from 720. What do you mean by Pile Stops?

    Cheers,

    Jon

    Hi,

We checked it according to the manual, checked with 2 lights on in the mid at 180 Degrees.

    Cheers,

    Jon

    Solved: Loose sensor on offlay!
