Feeder timing issue after belt shaft removal and reinstall.

Rubber ring wore off on the operator side belt and we had to replace it. After techs reinstalled shaft the timing was off. Feeder head wouldnt come down to we adjusted it and it finally decided to come down. But now it wont go into production mode or even feed past the suction rollers. Any ideas or help on how to calibrate? I was told to put it at 165* and make sure forwarding suckers and sheet flap would engage at that point. WE're out of ideas at this point.
 
What is the machine? Series?
For example:
R300,
ser 311 to 314 -182 degrees,
ser 315 to 326 - 156 degrees
after 326,167 degrees
R700 - 180 degrees
The timing looks like this for R500:
