For a few weeks we have problemen with our Maine pile motor .
During start-up or production sometimes the main pile step is longer what can be dangerous.
The machine can take more paper to the Feeder what than happened.
We already replaced the sensor in the Feeder head .
And Exchanged the motor electronic from Feedermotor and deliverymotor.
Still this problem is in the machine.
We now think it is the motor or brake or encoder.
Does someone has experience with this problem?
Can we replace the encoder or do you have to adjust the encoder ?
We can not see a mechanical problem in the Feeder head.
We changed the encoder with the auxilery pile One but that is not functioning .
Maybe the wires from the encoder to the connector are different connectet.
