We have a Rapida 142 that yesterday the feeder main pile chains counterweight activated the prox 131B1, 'pile down limitation ok.' When this prox senses the counterweight the main pile tray will not raise by the pushbutton. We have to hold the counterweight from the prox while the button is pressed. The chains are old and need to be replaced, but we need to run the in meantime. Is there a way for me to set the lower limit of the main pile tray so that the prox isn't activated by the counterweight? I tried to back the prox away from the counterweight, but the chains run to far and pull the counterweight out of its track.

This has been resolved. I was instructed on teaching the feeder pile teaching. This taught the lower limit, and I was able to remove the slack from the chains when on the floor, but my upper limit moved down quite a bit and I was unable to get the pile tray to go all the way up. Found that the flag for 131B2 had been removed at some point in the past. Fabricated a new flag and then retaught the pile limits and it works correctly now.
