    Hi all, only me again!
Our iGen playing up again on the morning cmt - keep getting xpe-10-1430.

My handbook hasn't got the fault in, just wondering if anyone on here has had this?

I've done a thorough clean btw

    Happy New Year all!

    Hi Peels,

Looked in 'admin' and it's a ILS Sheet Sensor LE Timing Error. Only seems to happen when I'm trying run a color maintence :(

It's the same PSIP just wearing different clothes :) It will only happen when the ILS comes into play ie Colour Maintenance. Unclip the ILS (on top of area 10) and give the white pad a clean then re-clip the ILS back in.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks I'll try that out. In the meanwhile we have started to get another fault (haven't seen this one before) it's a xpe-13-5030 and the print fault displayed is: Please Wait: Print Engine Cooling Down. The only way of resetting the fault is by restarting, donw this a few times and machine will print a few sheets off and then will jam and the same fault appears again :( great start to the working year!

Check the water drain for the ecology module, or ecology filters for airflow.

    Hello.
Continuing the topic on Fault XPE-10-1430.
When starting color maintence, Fault follows one after another
    10-3450, 10-1430, 09-3707 and ends 06-3131.
color maintence cannot be completed correctly.
What could be the problem ?
