Experianced DI Pressman looking

Hello everyone,
I was the Presstek Demo guy and applications specialist for 20+ years. To say the least, I've seen just about every scenario imaginable on a DI press. I understand how hard it is to be competitive with a DI (especially now). Having the right pressman with right experience and training can make a huge difference.

Does your experience include knowledge of the Heidelberg QMDI Classic?

Dear Sir,

I would like to ask the difference Presstek 52-DI inks on a Conventional Heidelberg offset machine. Can you give some advice/s if I am going to purchase one. Specially the cost of production and maintainance. Please email me mmglprintshop@gmail.com. Thanks.

DI press needs roller cooling which conventional press probably doesn't have.
Problems will start after a few hundred prints or earlier without cooling.
