My friend, the device started working. You were right. The problem was with the inputs. I checked in code 56 and came across two errors, as you can see in the picture.

This one is an easy fix, 15-06 is a lubrication failure and can be reset by replacing the grease cartridge under the catwalk. It can be reset in sf-47.
While you’re in sf-56, touch the +- next to the display to see if there are any more current errors . I attached all special functions, along with all error codes

Thank you very much, I hope I can repay your kindness. I filled the grease tank and there is also error 15-11. The top board is backwards and the back keyboard is not working at all. What is the reason for this?

15-11 is a mis-communication between the press pc and the ztk board, and can also be the reason for the control panels to be not working properly. Again, this could all be plug/contact or a missing connection somewhere. There are around 350 connections to install this press and if 1 is out of place there can be problems like this

I'm checking the case now. It's possible it's from him.

  • That looks like your rip pc and has nothing to do with the press, for now. The press pc is in the front cabinet on the os lower right.
