Error in horizon sb-06 perfect binder drive section error

This the error that I have been facing
Being translated it shows to be drive section error yet there is no limit switches or anything near the drive part

First test the regulated power supply in tolerance 0.7% up 0r down, otherwise, is faulty.

All that is fine yet the error is still there

What is tolerance in regulated power supply? ,ust be : 0.7% up or down.
However, test all sensors and clean very well!!!
