Error code Q62 on SM74-4

Code Q62 is showing on my sm74-4 with cpc1.04, the middle cpc won’t work now, and the light above the cpc also isn’t working. Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

Normally this happen with Q62 in Cpc 1.-04:

Malfunctiony writing of an internal characteristic
curve. Repeat procedure

2) If the light does not Lit, check for a) loose or broken wires b) bulb o lamp or Led faulty c) measure if there are Voltage at terminals , see your schematic diagrams.
