Error 6233 on Horizon BQ -470 perfect binder

i have an error on Horizon BQ-470 perfect binding machine , In manual it states that i should check circuit breaker if its tripped but its not what else can cause that error 6233 ,
anyone with an assistance?

Hi sir:

The indication for the error 6233 is the circuit breaker Q10 is tripped,to due the three phase power supply to the Servo Amplifier A10 is defective, this c.breaker control the
M10: Clamp Rotating Motor.

1) Test: a) connection between Q10 vs A10 Servo Amplifier for M10, for loose wires, or contacts burns, or defective , or dirty, or corroded.

  • I have tested phase voltage on servo amplifier on input which is L1,L2 and L3 and the voltage is balancing {200v between phases} but still error 6233 exists

    Sir you must
Measure the output for Q10 : l1 + l2+ l3 in order to test is oke the Q10 or NOT tripped, if there are 3 phase the Q10 is o.k otherwise if faulty, or dirty, or defective.
If there are Output , the input for A10 amplifier servo, can be faulty, is the reason for the Error Message 6233 is Appearing.
