Error 50 quick master DI 46-4

Hello, when I turn on the device, the CPC table starts to disconnect and reconnect, and after a few times, error 50 appears on the screen and a beeping sound comes from the device, and I can't fix it in any way. Please help me eliminate error 50, thank you.

 

Try to re- seat the X-7 plug ( circled in the picture) I believe it to be on the ZTK board or the one below it check for burn marks on the 2 plug wires on the far left, if they are scorched, they will need to be cleaned before re seating the plug. I have gone as far as hard wiring these wires direct to the board because of connection problems
