Error #4

basically if every time we start the engine, the ssk & cps errors still appear?

 

hello sir.
first of all the SEK card manages the securities of the machine and it has no relation with the SSK cards which manage the servo motors if you have done what ashok said for the emergency stop of the 4th group and the switches of the cassette IR and receiving youcan try to replace the SEK.
for the issue of the ssk it is due to the plausibility test which is done at start-up, the SSK cards detect a bad positioning of the servo-motors but as long as they operate normally in production then this problem is not critical

 

Hi Mr Adil, we have try to change sek from other sm52 machine, but still appear same errors. Seems like the SEK is functioning normally. Is there any other parts we can check on?
