Error 15 Heidelberg MO Pv

I have a problem with Heidelberg MO Pv the machine stop working due to error 15 in the init-test 4SEK FFFF blink ,can anyone help me, thanks

Here are all the initial test

 

manufacture day and how many printing units?

 

the machine is Mo Vp 1991 with 4 printing units

 

init-test-7 code shows printing unit #4 ink fountain roller motor and suction unit feeder issues,

 

at first with power off, reconnect printing #4 ink fountain motor plug and suction unit feeder plug; swap HAK2 last board with any one of the other two boards, mark each board before swapping, then turn on the power.

 

ok now i will try this, thanks the reply

 

i swapped the card and nothing change

 

now swap SSK2 board at bottom rack

 

same error nothing change

 

just make sure you swap right board, you have 3 HAK2 boards and 2 SSK2 boards?

 

i have 3HAK2 and 1 SSK2 board

 

green led lit up at the first power supply board on bottom rack and rack with HAK2 board?

 

All 5 powersupply board light up with green light

 

i need this image bigger and clear.
make sure all E-STOP unlocked and all safety covers closed right.
