i have got an error which shows up on the imaging screen of computer 12 36 , also the light at the delivery has stopped working and the blower, sucker will not activate.. originally the press was tripping out the safety and would not start at all, we traced it to the refrigeration unit, we bypassed that, then we were able to start the machine. obviously we have fixed nothing as there is some electrical problem going on? the machine runs, but that is about all?

The error is from the Lambda power supply that has gone bad in your control cabinet over the press PC. It is possible one of the breakers may be turned off on the front of it. In the power supply itself there is a fuse that could have blown, although I have only seen that in very rare instances. usually you need the entire power supply.

Thanks for that Paul, is there any way to test the Lambda power supply without taking out the whole thing, we have a classic and it is a bit difficult to pull the whole thing out.

Outside of the power supply where all of the blue wires attach you should have voltage. If not, the power supply is bad.

thanks for your help, the problem turned out to be one of the 4 main connectors that power the machine had after 10 years come loose and the connection failed, the machine still had power but only to certain areas, hence the blower and light did not work as well as the imaging. After tracing back from the Lambda box we went through the whole machine until we got back to the mains and found the bad connection. phew....
