Epson Stylus Pro 9900 Printer

Hello I'm new to the forum, but I've been printing for quite a long time. I'm starting to have excessive banding issues with my Epson Stylus Pro 9900, and was curious if anyone had some suggestions to correct this issue. As with most solvent printers, if you let it sit for a while between jobs it requires a cleaning to to get those nozzles unclogged, but this seems to be happening more and more frequently. I've ran out of my own tricks and am not sure what else to do to correct this issue...

Any help is appreciated,
Thanks.

Have you gone thru the print head cleanings and nozzle checks to make sure that the print head has been cleaned well? The other option may be to clean the surface of where the paper comes out as the debris may have been blown upward to cause these banding issues. Otherwise, contact Epson thru their technical or warranty dept (if still under warranty) and see what they would recommend. If it's under warranty and their options aren't working on the phone, they may have someone come out to check it out and possibly replace the heads (since their not user replaceable).
