Epson stylus pro 10600 dont print nothing

Hi ...

I have a plotter Epson Stylus Pro 10600 ... I have problems, because it is trying to clean process the head and later then send me a code ... but the worst is that nothing is printed when it is in ready ... someone could help me as the print heads are damaged? i trust is good condition.... but ... someone told me that there are arrangements for it to print ... this plotter has a head DX4. In Colombia there is no technical support, and worse where I live, if someone gives me a little help I would appreciate ...

 

Hi, the only time I had an inkjet printer that comes to READY and prints nothing was due to it was standing inked up for really long time and I mean really long time. I took the printheads out and yes, they were completely clogged. Please try to research in to printer's history to see how long it possibly had been not used.
