Epson C88+ inkjet: print black only

I have an Epson C88+ Stylus Printer running on Win 10. I'm going to be using it to make plates (clichés) for my pad printer. The installed/default C88+ driver doesn't allow me to get the "print black ink only" option to work. Does anyone know of another Epson printer driver I can load that will allow me to utilize the "print black ink only" function on my C88+?
