Epson 9890 "stretching" print vertically on canvas print

Hi there - I have been printing for probably 5 years and recently my image sizes are stretching about .25" for every 2-3 feet or so, just enough to get rejected by client. I can't find any information on this. My platen gap is set to wide, and I also adjusted to normal for a text which did nothing. Anybody have any ideas about this? Thanks in advance!

What application are you printing from? Try printing through another application or straight from the driver to see if it happens with all those options. Check to see if your Epson driver and firmware are up to date.
