Duplo System 2000 error E4A1

    Can anyone help me I have System 2000 connected to a BDM120 and DBM120T
    Over the Xmas break we have cleaned the machine ensuring everything was plugged in correctly
    When we turn the machine on we have error E4A1
    And when you press the red button it brings up an option screen tab 12 says DBM 130 not sure why
