DUPLO DC10/60 System 4000 screen software

Hello,
I have a DUPLO DC 10/60 “System 4000” which was stopped for a long time.
When I tried to start it up again, I got the error message F940GOT -E and the message “DATA IS NOT FOUNFD”.
I checked the screen batteries, which are out of order.
I can replace it, but I'll need the screen software.
Would someone be able to supply it and explain how to install it?

if you can provide serial number, can try for software.

do you have Technician to open the up the Screen and click a Photo?
