Duplo DC 8000 collator/DBM 200 system

Hello,

We recently purchased a Duple finishing system consisting of three 8 bin towers (the DC 8000's) with an inline booklet maker (DBM 200) with face trimmer.

We moved it ourselves from a working environment and set it up in our shop.

It was fairly straight forward, however as you would imagine there are a few bugs that need to be worked out. We would like a service pro to come in and nail it down but we are having a lot of trouble finding someone in our area which is NYC. Can anyone help?
