    If I guessed correctly, the infrared thermal sensor above the delivery pallet.

    There is a sensor in the delivery unit for pile temperature control which is controlled by dryer system to maintain temperature of printed sheets on delivery pile. You need to check that sensor and its control through to the dryer panel.
    The sensor is located right over the pile within blast frame
     
    Don't break the machine. At least learn the basics.
