Error codes on display are 20:33, 20:34, 20:65.
I have a new problem I'm hoping to get some direction on here. We had a fan go out in our Basic Module 2, which after replacing the fan, now the heat lamps will not turn on. The coolant is at the correct level. On the control panel at the delivery our EM temp sensor, BM2 temp sensor, and H2O temp sensors all say the temperatures are 220+, which is very wrong because it displays these temperatures even when the machine is cold and has just been turned on. The heat exchange fan in the BM1 is running as if the temperature is that high, and I am guessing these readings are why they lamps will not turn on. If I unplug the temp sensors the temperature readings drop down to room temperature, if i unplug the h2o sensor the fan in BM1 also kicks off, but kicks back on as soon as i plug it back in. The readings for both Hot Air zone temps in the slide units is normal room temp (which seems correct because they are not running).
