Doubling Problem Komori

Hi,

As the thread title says, we are facing doubling issue in Komori System 38 (2003). Currently we are using Megtec flying pasters. As we have observed the problem occurs only when the old reel changes with the new one. The doubling happens for that short amount of time and it appears on 75-100 pcs then it goes away until the next reel.

Any leads in this regard would be much appreciated.
