Double sided adhesive applicator

Hello,

I print forms(in sheets) for a company and now they are asking me for a form with two stripes of 2 sided adhesive on the back. They want something like 30000 a month.

Does anyone now a machine that can do that? That is... a machine that can apply a stripe of adhesive to a single sheet form? I know you can do that with a web printer but dont know about sheet by sheet.

Any suggestion on a machine or where to look for one is very apreciated.
