Does anyone own an es9541 also know as a fusion5 ?

Hi guys, I need support from someone who does or has owned this machine, I'm not getting much joy with the company I purchased it throw (X-press on demand)

I'm getting a lot of mottling across a range of coated stock. I'm also getting a very grainy image on manual duplex on side 2.

The machine is brand new not even 30 days old and is useless to me at the moment

hi there,
its a bit hard to tell without posting some images of the print defects.
most defects will come from something not correct - i.e a faulty toner/drum, or maybe not using the correct paper/card type- next to look at would be a damaged fuser/transfer belt. if your machine is new it should be under warranty and xpress should help you !
xpress on demand sell re-badged oki printers as you state. have you tried getting hold of the oki user manual? the es is exceutive series so you may have better luck with finding info on the non es version. it looks like an oki c931 type...
